Return Policy
At Maren Toronto, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not allowed.

Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to return (some of) them is not permitted.
Order Cancellation Policy

Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.

Orders that were accidentally placed twice cannot be cancelled once processed; duplicate items must be returned in accordance with our return policy.
Return Process

Request your return by emailing us at info@marentoronto.ca within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping charges.

We always recommend using a shipping method that includes track & trace.
Refunds
After the item has been received at the return address and approved based on its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was entered during checkout, this is the customer's responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
