All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.
Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details, allowing you to follow the shipment.
Delivery Times
Average delivery time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery may take longer during busy seasons, public holidays, or due to customs procedures in the destination country.
All delivery times are estimates; unforeseen delays outside our control may occur.
Shipping Method & Origin
All orders are shipped directly from one of our suppliers in China.
Depending on local regulations, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply.
These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs
We always offer FREE shipping on all orders, regardless of destination or order value.
No additional shipping fees will ever be charged.
Responsibility During Shipping
Once tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
Any errors must be reported to info@marentoronto.ca within 24 hours of placing the order so we can attempt to correct them before dispatch (not guaranteed).
